I have been teaching here at St. Mary’s for 25 years.  Over the years, I have taught PS, PK, K, 1st, 3rd, Art, and daycare.   I love what I do and I can’t imagine teaching anywhere but in a Catholic school. I began my years in the JACS system as a kindergarten student and I am a graduate of the JACS system.  Many of my teachers were my inspiration for choosing a career in the education field and I had the privilege to be mentored by them when I returned as an educator.  I have always loved children and knew from the age of seven that the field of education was my calling. My students enrich my life daily as they question and learn more about themselves and this marvelous world gifted to us by God.

I am married and the mother of three sons, two who are graduates of JACS and one soon to be.   I am an active member of St. Mary’s parish where I cantor for school and parish masses.  I also help with the senior high youth. I love spending time with my family and friends, taking walks during the evening sunsets, and returning home to curl up with a good book.
