Herzog Tomorrow Scholarships

In 2021, the Missouri Legislature created the MOScholars scholarship program that can provide up to $6,375 each year for qualifying students. Families can use these funds to create a customized educational experience that meets their children's unique needs.

What can the scholarship be used for? 

  • Eligible expenses include:
    • Tuition and fees at a qualified school
    • Textbooks required by a qualified school
    • Educational therapies
    • Tutoring services
    • Tuition or fees for a private, virtual school
    • Standardized Tests Fees
    • Computers (one every three years if necessary)
    • Fees for summer education programs and specialized after-school education programs
    • Transportation costs for mileage to and from a qualified school.
  • Scholarships may not be used on the following:
    • Consumable educational supplies included, but not limited to, pens, pencils, paper, markers
    • Tuition at a private school outside the state of Missouri
    • Payments or reimbursements to family members

How do I qualify? 

Resident of Clay, Jackson, Jefferson, St. Charles or St. Louis County OR

Resident of Cape Girardeau, Columbia, Jefferson City, Joplin, Kansas City, Springfield, St. Joseph or St. Louis AND

has had an IEP or ISP in the past 3 years OR whose household income qualifies them AND has attended a public school for at least a semester during the previous year OR is entering Kindergarten or 1st Grade.
