At Joplin Area Catholic Schools, we are called to live out the mission of faith, service, and compassion, following the example set by the Sisters of Mercy. Supporting those in need within our community is central to our faith and values. During our canned food drive, we have the opportunity to be the hands and feet of Christ, caring for our neighbors and making a tangible difference in their lives. Join us during the week of November 11th as we collect food to share with our neighbors in need.

Students should bring their canned goods to their respective schools throughout the collection week.

Each grade level across our elementary, middle, and high schools will compete to collect the most canned goods.
The grade level in each school (St. Mary’s Elementary, St. Peter’s Middle School, and McAuley Catholic High School) that collects the most items will win a pizza party! (average based on class size)
