Members of the St. Peter the Apostle Knights of Columbus, Fr. Harter Council 979 attended our school Mass on Thursday, Jan. 26, 2023 to present awards to the winners of the Knights of Columbus essay contest. Grand Knight Mike Gordon was joined by fellow Knights Greg Emory and Francis Bartholet. Students wrote on the topic of “How Can Young Catholics Evangelize Our Faith to Family and Friends”.
Riley’s essay, which won first place, has moved on to the state competition! Margaret K. was awarded second place and Olivia P. won third place.
